      1. Cheers Woodrow. Pedro, Mallan and Bourkey did a butchered version this afternoon (night shift), “couldn’t be bothered taking all the gear out, so we did HS Push-ups instead” was the line they gave me. Bourkey did squats due to a shoulder issue i think. As for the rest ….. dunno, might see some posts later tonight.

      1. Thanks to Heath. I wouldn’t have done the 35kg presses if he wasn’t there. Took over 9 mins to do just them. But so rapt to have done this wod rxd!

        Maybe it was the great lunch I had yesterday?

    those strict presses were ridiculous!!!!! Its like doing constant 1rm’s as fast as possible, Most of the boys were on their push press before i finished the press. lol.

    PS: woodrow are you getting shirts made up? I need a new clubbing shirt.

  5. I’m out of action for 10 days due to left upper peck injury. So i’m doing what I can to stay in the game.
    Today I did : 400m 50 squats 5 rounds Time 18:28rxd.
