    15 Deadlifts at 80Kg
    15 Tire jumps 24in
    15 KettelBell swings at 24Kg

    10 min rest then

    AMRAP 15 minutes of:
    30 Lunges (alternating legs)
    1 min. Abdominal Bridge Hold
    30 Sit-ups
    used 7.5Kg Plate for all movements, put plate on back for Brige
    4Rounds and finshed Brige on 5th round only had sit ups left
