30 Kettlebell Swings, 24kg (16kg)

20m Broad Jump (match the number of broad jumps taken to cover 20m with Burpees at the other end)

20m Walking Lunge

Coastal¬†CrossFit Queensland will be doing this WOD as a demonstration CrossFit workout at Australia Zoo today as part of the celebrations to mark ‘Steve Irwin Day’ and to raise money for Wildlife Warriors.

Strap on your khakis or wear the most ridiculous animal t-shirt you own in today’s WOD and be rewarded with a “Get-out of Burpees Free Card.”
