  2. Rod (oh I mean Dom), you should know by now that you can scale the sh*t out of any WoD. Half, quarter, cuppa tea, whatever you want. PS use the air bike Rod… That’d be fun!

  3. Great advice Anna I have to admit I’m a bit comfortable on the rower like Rod. Time to airbike instead of row for a few weeks when we get running wods.
