Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
10 Push Press, 50kg (35kg)
10 Kettlebell Swings, 24kg (16kg)
10 Box jumps, 24″ (20″)

4 months ago Tan struggled to negotiate two bumper plates for box jumps and here she is doing them rxd at the CrossFit Ipswich Challenge on Sunday. Well done Tan you should be super proud of yourself.

  5. I just wanted to say a belated thank you to Alli and Mark for hosting a super gymnastics session on sat. I really enjoyed relearning some old skills and having a go at some new stuff too. I thought it would be good to make these sessions a bit more regular (maybe every second month) and wondered what everyone else thought?

    1. Agree was a great morning, would love to have another go. Hopefully a tad warmer so our toes don’t drop off!!!
