As many rounds as possible in 3 minutes of:
8 Clapping Push-ups
24 Double-unders
Rest 2 minutes. Repeat for 3 cycles.
Start each round from where you finished the last.

Scale Clapping Push-ups from Knees or perform Normal Push-ups.
