20 Deadlifts, 125kg/85kg
20 Kettlebell Swings, 32kg/24kg
20 Overhead Squats, 50kg/35kg
20 Chest to Bar Pull-ups
20 Box jumps, 24″/20″
20 Dumbbell Squat Cleans, 20kg/15kg
Partner 1 will complete 20 Deadlifts and Run 400m then high-five Partner 2 who will complete 20 Kettlebell Swings and Run 400m before then high-fiving Partner 1 who will complete 20 Overhead Squats and Run 400m…and so on until the Team have completed two rounds.
