20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats

  1. Well Drum, The day has finally come! I have finally cheated on you and gone to a box in Sydney. I went today and did a pretty hard workout but I will look at what your programming from time to time and still do some of your wods 🙂 Thanks for everything buddy!
