5 Hang Power Cleans, 60kg/40kg
10 Deadlifts, 60kg/40kg
Run 200m

  1. I did this by myself- I just timed my workout and then rested for that amount of time-
    Did the workout rxd- did 6 power cleans instead of 5 as well.
