  2. Awesome effort this morning Russ. You beat my first time effort by 90 sec today. Fantastic job on the GHD by the way – but you still owe me 39 Burpees for a total loss of time of 89 secs!

    with some of the times i’ve seen posted today, i’m pretty sure no one in tasmania is disadvantaged by a lack of vitamin D. You all pretty much destroyed barbara! good work everyone. I’m amazed at those times!
