  1. Hey Woodrow, what sort of rest time should we be aiming for between sets on this WOD? Also, I’m assuming there’s no rest between thrusters/pullups, yeah?

    1. Rest as much as you need to recover mate. At least 3 minutes or so.
      Also go straight from thrusters to pull-ups!

  2. Hey Guys and Gals – this Wednesday, get yourself to the 6.15am class to celebrate our leader’s birthday. You will have the opportunity to train with DW, partaking in his birthday WoD. Fun, fun, fun!!

  5. Thanks for the rest time guidence Woodrow. By the way that WOD was one of the toughest mental challenges I’ve had so far. In and out of the dark place, over and over again.
