The Brave Friday Night Hit-out is TONIGHT!
Competing athletes please be at CF42s at 1730 sharp for the athletes brief.

For those CF42s athletes who are unable to attend tonight we will run 13.1 as our WOD today. Scaling options, as always will be provided.
CrossFit Games Open WOD 13.1:
Proceed through the sequence below completing as many reps as possible in 17 minutes of:
40 Burpees
30 Snatch, 35kg/20kg
30 Burpees
30 Snatch, 60kg/35kg
20 Burpees
30 Snatch, 75kg/45kg
10 Burpees
As many reps as possible of Snatch, 95kg/55kg
Post total reps and tiebreak time to comments.

Heard that before..
Only advice I can offer the blokes for this WOD:
If 60kg is your 1rm or close to it, consider pacing yourself a bit, especially on the 2nd lot of burpees. I went out hard to try to get a good cutoff time for the first round and when it came to the 60kg snatches I was wrecked and threw technique out the window and really suffered for it (6 snatches in 8min).

So many great moments last night. For spirit of the games I’d like to mention; Juanita who completed 30 reps at her 1RM weight and then flew at the burpees like her life depended on it!, Joel whose effort to get some reps out at 60 was inspirational and really got the crowd, and finally Laura who is getting really scary and is only 15 and I thought she was going to destroy us all last night!!
Thank you all for making Wendy and me so welcome. We loved doing wod 13.1 with you guys. Hope to come in Monday to have some fun with you.
