Due to tomorrow morning’s Charity WOD at 6am, there will be no 7am or 8am session.

Five rounds for max reps of:

40 seconds of Power Snatch, 40kg (30kg)

20 seconds of Rest

40 seconds of Rowing (for Calories)

20 seconds of Rest

40 seconds of Double-Unders

Rest exactly 2 minutes, 20 seconds between rounds.
