    1 year anniversary WoD

    100m on the minute every minute for 10 minutes:
    Finisher: tababta overhead lunge (20kg)

    13-16 seconds
    12-0 CRAMP!

    12:40 Wod – 6:28 – oh squats were 40kg.

  3. A very very hard WOD. I had the dead lifts for breakfast but the overhead squats rapped me prison shower style. Just like the thank the guys that were morally supporting me to focus and get through the pain. Thanks heaps most likely will be limping tomorrow.
