Tabata Fight Gone Bad

Complete 40 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest. Perform 8 consecutive intervals of each of the following exercises:

Wall-ball, 10kg/6kg (Reps)

Sumo deadlift high-pull, 35kg/25kg (Reps)

Box Jump, 20″  (Reps)

Push-press 35kg/25kg (Reps)

Row (Calories)

There is no additional rest between exercises.

Each exercise is scored by the weakest number of reps (calories on the rower) in each of the eight intervals. The score is the total of the scores from the five stations.

On the 8th of December CF42s will do a fundraiser workout in honour of SGT Brett WOOD – Medal for Gallantry, who’s life was tragically lost whilst serving in Afghanistan on 23rd May 2011. This will be the first official Australian Hero WOD and will raise money for the Commando Welfare Trust Fund.

Each participate will be asked to make a donation of $20 or alternatively you can Purchase a CROSSFIT HERO TEES for $35.
