    As many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:
    5 Power Cleans
    5 Front Squat
    5 Thrusters
    Men at 40kg, Women at 30kg

    Rest exactly 3 minutes, then;
    b.
    Perform as many Overhead Squats, 40kg (30kg) as possible in 8 minutes. Everytime you break perform 20 double-unders.

    Rest exactly 3 minutes, then;
    c.
    In partners:
    Whilst one partner runs 1.6km the other must row for max calories.
