Reminder: This mornings session will be held at the Kingborough Sports Centre Gymnastics Centre starting at 0600.

Overhead squat 1-1-1-1-1 reps

Front squat 1-1-1-1-1 reps

Back squat 1-1-1-1-1 reps

Try to increase the load across each of the fifteen reps.

  1. What a fantastic turn-out this morning to the Trapeze workshop at the Kingborough Sports Centre Gymnastics Club.
    A huge amount of fun was had by all.

    FS – 70, 75, 85, 95, 100
    BS – 105, 110, 115, 120, 125

  4. 4 rounds for time
    40 push ups handrelise
    30 tire jumps 2 tire is 22inchs something high
    20 KB swings at 24Kg

    Kettlebell slipped slid across some mats now I got a 100 burpee penlty
    wish I never made that rule
