OCD is on again, Saturday the 14th of March, this time we are having a BBQ and a few quite drinks followed by a trip to town for those that want to. BBQ starts at 4.00pm BYO meat and drinks.
If you are wondering if you qualify for OCD here is the criteria:
1. you are old (over35)
2. you feel old
3. have been beaten in a WOD by someone old
4. you love smack talk
5. you love Terry (that’s how Terry qualifies)
6. you can actually draw penis circles with your penis
7. you would like to have a few quite beers with a quality old crew

Row as many calories as possible
*must change every 20 cals
(Each cal = 1 point)

2nd Quarter
In pairs, using one bar, you both have 6 mins to establish a 3RM Hang Power Clean
(Each kg = 1 point, both totals count)

3rd Quarter
AMRAP 4
As many ab mat sit ups as possible, change as needed
Or
As many toes through rings as possible
Or
As many ring/bar muscle ups as possible
(1 sit up = I point, 1 toes through rings = 2 points, 1 muscle up = 6 points)

Two attempts for max distance farmers carry (2 x 24/16kg KBs), best effort each counts.
