And this morning I was feeling pretty so I warmed up quite well and did some stretching at home and things were felling pretty good so I gave it today’s WOD a go. Part A 137.5kg for 3 reps ran out of bumpers could have gotten the 140kg hopefully. Part B 47.5 for 5 reps. Felt good that is a 2.5kg PB from last time.
