CrossFit Open WOD 14.1 released today at 1200 on the CrossFit Games site.

The Naked Whey Friday Night Hit-out from 1500.
Athletes are welcome to arrive from 1500 onwards. Upon arrival follow the numbers through the rego/heat nomination process.
Athletes please ensure you are familiar with WOD 14.1 and the movement standards – if in doubt please consult a trainer.
Don’t forget to bring money for beer and a feed from the On the Go Paleo crew.

CF42s athletes please note that due to the the Naked Whey Friday Night Hit-out the 1620, 1730 and 1840 classes are cancelled.
CrossFit kids will run as usual but be off-site – meet Kylie and Razor at the box.

Take 12 minutes to find a heavy 5 rep Back Squat

Part B.
As many rounds as possible in 25 minutes of:
Run 400m
15 Back Squats @ 75% of Part A.
