Saturday’s WOD will be at the Clarence Pool.
The workout will be self-paced and can be completed anytime beween 0900-1100.
CF42s will cover the cost of entry.
Please note that NO sessions will be run from the CF42s box.

For time:
30 Overhead Squats, 30kg/20kg
then;
15 Dumbbell Thrusters, 20kg/15kg DBs
15 Pull-ups
Run 400m
12 Dumbbell Thrusters, 20kg/15kg DBs
12 Pull-ups
Run 400m
9 Dumbbell Thrusters, 20kg/15kg DBs
9 Pull-ups
Then;
30 Overhead Squats, 30kg/20kg
