Reminders:
1. CrossFit Kids and Youth sessions will now run together at 1615-1700 on Monday and Fridays.
2. Due to the Gymnastics Skills session on Saturday the 0730 and 0830 sessions will be cancelled however the box will be open from 0600-0730 for an open-gym.
