Take 20 minutes to find a 1RM Push Jerk
(from racks)

Part B.
Then using 75% of your best lift:
On the minute, every minute for 12 minutes perform:
2 Push Jerk (from the ground)
5 Toes to Bar

Post loads from Part A and rounds from Part B to comments.

    These are new sessions being trialed at CF42s – looks like they are going to be a winner so we will formalise their place in our time table soon.
