This photo is brilliant. What you can’t see the the hundreds of hours Max has quietly worked on his mobility in the corner to achieve this fine rack position. Max used to struggle to have the bar come any where near touching his shoulders due to being extremely inflexible. He has been unrelenting and diligent in working on his rack position and is now seeing significant increases in power as his reward. Good on you mate.
