CF42s will not have 0930 and 12 noon sessions from Wednesday 27th July to and including Monday 8th August as Drummond and Russ are travelling to Los Angeles for the World CrossFit Games.

Workshop A: Accountability workshop 9.30-10.00am
Only open to those who set goals three months ago
The focus of this workshop is to share wins and challenges as well as to complete and acknowledge where you got to with regard to the goals you set three months ago. The accountability approach is linked heavily to learning and is very gentle, enjoyable and supportive. This workshop will assist you to reassess where you are and prepare you to keep moving forwards in relation to your goals.
Breakfast: 10.00-10.30am
Open to everyone @ $10 per head (cash only on the day)
Workshop B: Goal setting workshop 10.30-11.30am
Open to everyone
To gain clarity about what your current goals are and leave the room feeling motivated, supported, focused and inspired.
Where: The box 150 Campbell St, Hobart
Preparation: Please email Alli @ alli@crossfit42s.com.au by Wed 3rd August to register for the workshops you would like to attend eg: breakfast and workshop B. I will send you preparation documents; these must be completed at least 24hours prior to the workshop attendance. Email Alli now to reserve your place now.
