Changes include:

Lunch time sessions everyday of the week.

Barbell Club (for those keen to compete in the sport of Olympic Weightlifting or looking to further their Oly’ skills) – Monday 1840 and Thursday 0700

CrossFit Youth (12-17 year olds) – Monday and Friday’s 1600-1645

Yoga/Stretch with Teresa is now a permanent fixture on Thursday at 1730.

Change of times on Saturday morning with the open gym being at 0630. This is to encourage a breakfast club following the 0830 session.

Removal of some Open Gym sessions as Advanced Athlete work can now be completed during normal session times so long as it doesn’t interfere with the class – always ask the Coach.
