CF42s CrossFit Games Open Team – 27th February to 27th March
The CrossFit Games season is upon us once more. The CrossFit Games Open is a great way to test your fitness and and have a whole lot of fun at the same time.
This year we’d love to see everyone register and sign-up to the CF42s team – the more athletes we have the better our chances and the more fun we’ll have!
Regardless of your ability or experience we strongly encourage you to participate. If you are unsure please talk to a trainer or one of the athletes who competed last year – I’m sure they’ll tell you how rewarding it was.

Change to session times on Saturday
Saturday session times will now be 0700, 0800 and 0900 with the 0800 session being a workshop session.
The workshop session will be a changing format and aim to cover off on everything from sprinting, gymnastics skills to olympic lifting and nutrition. If you have any workshop suggestions please let us know.

CF42s M.A.D (Mum’s and Dad’s) sessions – starting 3rd February
An addition to our timetable this year, the CF42s M.A.D sessions have an emphasis on cardiovascular endurance and muscular stamina and aim to keep you moving quickly for most of the session.
With less focus on technical movements the workouts will use formats and movements which will keep your heart rate high in an engaging and fun environment.
As with all CF42s sessions the workouts can be adapted and scaled to accomodate all levels of experience and ability.
Whilst these sessions are aimed at the busy Mum and Dad they are perfect for athletes wanting to improve their fitness without having to learn technical movements or perhaps just dip their toe in the water and experience the CrossFit environment and community.
There is is no requirement to complete a CF42s On-ramp to partake in these sessions – just turn up and get your sweat on.
Child care will be available at these sessions which will initially run at 0930 on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
10 session pass $165 (valid for 3 months – includes child care)

Yoga/Stretch Class
We can’t recommend these Yoga/Stretch classes enough.
This free class is on Thursday at 1730 – get around it.
