With less focus on technical movements the workouts will use formats and movements which will keep your heart rate high in an engaging and fun environment.
As with all CF42s sessions the workouts can be adapted and scaled to accomodate all levels of experience and ability.
Whilst these sessions are aimed at the busy Mum and Dad they are perfect for athletes wanting to improve their fitness without having to learn technical movements or perhaps just dip their toe in the water and experience the CrossFit environment and community.
There is is no requirement to complete a CF42s On-ramp to partake in these sessions – just turn up and get your sweat on.
Child care will be available at these sessions which will initially run at 0930 on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
