A huge congratulations to Chops, Adam and Mel who attended and passed the Level 1 CrossFit Certification over the weekend in Sydney. Three awesome coaches taking CrossFit in Tasmania into the future.

    Thanks to Drummond (and CF Oz team), Chops and Adam for making it a memorable weekend! Exhausting but very worthwhile. We even got to see blue sky and sunshine which had a sting to it!
