CrossFit Classes
Complete the daily workout in a group environment. Whilst each class will be constantly varied in format each session will involve a thorough warm-up, explanation and demonstration. All experience and ability levels will be catered for in these sessions with multiple scaling options provided under the guidance of our coaches.

Advanced Athlete Blog
Programming is provided for athletes wanting to take their CrossFit training to the next level and who are interested in the sport of CrossFit. The Advanced programming has more volume and focuses on more complex movements and skills.
Athletes must have a minimum of 12 months CrossFit experience and meet a set of standards which can be found on the Advanced Athlete Blog.
Athletes are encouraged to talk to a CF42s coach if interested or wanting to know more.

Barbell Class
These classes further develop the Olympic Lifts and take time to break down the movements with a heavy focus on technique.
Suitable for CrossFitters of all levels of experience and ability.
These sessions are free to all CF42s athletes.

Yoga/Stretch Class
Teresa Hill our Yoga expert will take you through 60 minutes of intense stretch therapy. With an exceptional understanding of where CrossFitters get tight these sessions are guaranteed to improve your health and fitness and complement the CrossFit program perfectly. No previous Yoga experience required.
These sessions are free to all CF42s athletes.

Open Gym Sessions
Catch up on a missed WOD, work on a weakness/specific skill, or engage our coaches on all things CrossFit.
These sessions are free to all CF42s athletes.

Workshop Sessions
Held every Saturday these classes focus on specific skills and give the athlete the tools and steps they need to go away and develop the movement.
These sessions are free to all CF42s athletes.

CrossFit M.A.D. (Mum’s and Dad’s)
With less focus on technical movements the workouts will use formats and movements which will keep your heart rate high in an engaging and fun environment. As with all CF42s sessions the workouts can be adapted and scaled to accommodate all levels of experience and ability. Whilst these sessions are aimed at the busy Mum and Dad they are perfect for athletes wanting to improve their fitness without having to learn technical movements or perhaps just dip their toe in the water and experience the CrossFit environment and community. There is no requirement to complete a CF42s On-ramp to partake in these sessions – just turn up and get your sweat on. Childcare will be available at these sessions which will initially run at 0930 on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. 10 session pass $165 (valid for 3 months – includes child care).
CF42s athletes who wish to do the daily WOD or Advanced programming whilst having their children cared for are also welcome to use these sessions.

CF42s Kids
Run in a fun and encouraging environment and suitable for ages 7-14 year olds these sessions focus on the foundations of fitness under the watchful eye of our two CrossFit Kids trainers Kylie and Raymond.
