“Half Murph”

For time:
Run 800m
50 Pull-ups
100 Push-ups
150 Squats
Run 800m

Military and tactical responders – If you have a 10kg vest or webbing then wear it.

Rest 10 minutes, then;

“Annie”
50-40-30-20-10 reps for time of:
Double-unders
Sit-ups
