As many rounds as possible in 3 minutes of:
3 Snatch-grip Deadlift, 40kg/30kg
6 Hang Power Snatch, 40kg/30kg
9 Overhead Squat, 40kg/30kg

Rest 1 minute. Repeat for 5 cycles.
Start the next cycle from where you finished your last.

    Took this WOD from Australia day but chucked a swim in instead of a run.

    100 burpees
    Swim 400m ( Ocean )
