Part A.
Every minute, on the minute for 20 minutes:
Even minutes: 5 Behind-the-neck Strict Press
Odd minutes: 5 Weighted Pull-ups

Part B.
In partners max effort Push-ups in 12 minutes.
Use one of the following as a timing station:
Row 150m
Ski Erg 200m
Assault Bike 250m

Part C.
As many rounds as possible in 7 minutes of:
35 Double-unders
20 Abmat Sit-ups

    Mork was a crossfitter from crossfit 42ork. Hope your in for a push-up/double under man off Trex. I’ll own you on this one….

        if he gets a wider one and you can use it to. There is a pattern here as soon as a push up hit the board you go missing…
