How were you introduced to CrossFit?

Cam Stuart came to work with us and at a xmas break up, he got a bit tipsy on some light shandies and started showing off his rock hard six pack. So I contacted the bloke I met at the party. I knew nothing at all about CrossFit except for what my friends and family had told me – who also knew nothing at all about CrossFit. I told Drummond I was intimidated by what I thought CrossFit was and that I really didn’t know what I was getting in to; and that I didn’t want to injure myself as I was looking to better prepare my body to enable me to continue to do the things I love. Drummond promised to wrap me in cotton wool and to make me “Bull Shit Strong” so I went in and the rest is history.…
