      I can barely lift my arms ’cause I did so many. if you were there you would have heard me counting. I did over a thousand. After I did all that handstand walking yesterday I realized that handstands actual have a purpose in the life of an elite athlete. So I though instead of clean and jerk I’d clean up under all the couches and beds at home this morning for time. 2hrs 16mins 30sec rxd.
