Don’t forget Gymnastics Skills on Saturday – this will replace the Saturday morning sessions.
These sessions are always heaps of fun so get on board.

When: 0730-0900 Saturday 15th February
Where: Kingborough Sports Centre Gymnastics Club (see map)
Cost: Free for all CF42s athletes.

Part A.
Take 12 minutes to build-up to a heavy complex:
3 Clean-grip Deadlift
2 Hang Power Clean
1 Power Clean

Part B.
Partner WOD
With one partner working at a time, as many rounds as possible in 17 minutes of:
1 Complex @ 75% of Part A.
Run 200m

Post load from Part A and rounds completed in Part B to comments.
