    "Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports".

Max rep Alternate One Arm Kettlebell Snatch in 2 minutes.
Rest 1 minute, then;
5 rounds for time of:
50 Double-unders
12 Sumo Deadlift High-pulls, 40kg/30kg
Rest 1 minute, then;
Max rep Alternate One Arm Kettlebell Snatch in 2 minutes.

    No, no, no! Jak and Tan listen to me. Its like this.

    Capacity is the ability to do real work, which is measurable using the basic terms of physics mass, distance, and time. Life is unpredictable much more so than sport so real world fitness must be broad and not specialised, both in terms of duration and type of effort = time and modal domains.

    Broke my rope warming up so lost 12cm off my rope for the workout, first three rounds of double unders were shocking, finally got them strung together for the last two rounds.
    Last round of snatches hurt..
