    "Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports".

Fire Fighter Frank Fundraiser WOD
All athletes will be asked to donate $10 to participate in this WOD.
All money raised will go directly to the Tasmanian Bush Fire Appeal.

Thank you to Health and Leisure and lululemon athletica Hobart Store for donating the prizes for the best female and male time in Tassie.

A huge thank you to our good friends at CrossFit Rocks in Brisbane who have contributed $250 to the cause. As a cruel twist of fate these are guys have had to pack up their whole gym as they are being affected by the floods in Brisbane. Good luck Team CrossFit Rocks and all other affiliates being threatened – our thoughts are with you.
